Job Summary:

At Timeless Medical Systems®, we partner with leading healthcare organizations to enable them to improve nutritional outcomes for their patients through seamless integration of clinical expertise and intelligent technology.  This includes software used to track and trace the handling and feeding of expressed human milk, donor human milk, and formula in healthcare facilities and human milk banks across the US and around the world.  The Sales Account Manager role requires a driven professional with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts.

The incumbent will be responsible for developing new business relationships with targeted health care professionals including NICU Managers, Neonatologists, Nutrition Managers, Lactation Consultants and IT Managers on the Eastern Region of the United States.  A successful Sales Account Manager requires a strong work ethic and a drive to not only meet but exceed sales targets.

Job Duties:

  • Effective engagement and relationship building skills with key stakeholders in a business-to-business healthcare environment.
  • Thorough understanding of the healthcare hierarchy of hospital departments with the ability to navigate the decision-making process.
  • Comprehensive business and market acumen as well as knowledge of all products, clinical studies, protocols and guidelines.
  • Ability to deliver clinical and scientific benefits and information in a healthcare environment.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) information appropriately to ensure collaboration with other departments and improve results with data driven sales.
  • Attend Trade Shows, Medical Conferences, and other industry events to drive new sales leads.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University
  • 2+ years of proven experience calling on or working with Hospitals or Health Care Professionals preferred. 
  • Located within the Eastern or Central time zone. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective time management, planning and administrative skills.
  • A consultative personality with strong/mature organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to collaborate (in actual or virtual situations) and negotiate.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities with a strong emphasis on listening, presenting, and facilitation.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite and a propensity for learning new technology and software systems.
  • Basic security clearance; criminal record background check.
  • Ability/willingness to travel frequently and easily without restrictions and with cross-cultural sensitivity.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
