Your responsibilities

As  Sales Account Executive​ (m/f/x), you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by combining your technical expertise with strong customer engagement skills. You will support the entire sales cycle - from identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions to post-sale technical support - while expanding our presence in North America.   

Partnering closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will manage accounts, marketing activities and customer relationships to drive sustainable revenue growth, improve efficiency, and build long-term customer success. 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to North American markets with primary focus on Cement and Alternative Fuels 

  • Build up partner network to strenghten regional footprint 

  • Manage and grow sales within an assigned multistate region

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners, while actively acquiring new clients 

  • Analyze industry trends and provide expert consultation by identifying customer needs and delivering tailored technical solutions  

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and timely performance reporting

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Aftermarket teams to align offerings with evolving market needs 

  • Represent Qlar at industry conferences, trade shows, customer visits and visits to our test centres

Your qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in a technical or industrial environment (Chemical industry, Cement industry or Steel market beneficial) 

  • A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field is preferred 

  • Demonstrated success managing a sales territory or region 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills 

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently 

  • Ability to travel within the US (approximately 40-60%)
