Job Summary:
We are hiring a Surveillance & Compliance Officer to support warehouse safety, security, and compliance operations. This role will monitor CCTV footage, review incidents, identify potential policy violations, and work with operations and HR teams to support investigations and reporting.
Pay:up to $28/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor warehouse surveillance footage to ensure safety and security standards are followed.
  • Review video footage for incidents, policy violations, compliance risks, or operational concerns.
  • Prepare incident reports and support internal investigations with operations and HR teams.
  • Check that CCTV, NVR/DVR, and related monitoring systems are working properly.
  • Assist with compliance checklists, internal audits, corrective actions, and safety documentation.
  • Support new monitoring procedures, training, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate with vendors when needed for security or surveillance system issues.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in surveillance, security, safety, compliance, or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Experience with CCTV/IP cameras, NVR/DVR, or security monitoring systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and report-writing skills.
  • Familiarity with OSHA, warehouse safety, or compliance standards is a plus.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • English required; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Brea, CA.
