We seek an experienced QA Manager with deep expertise in SaaS product testing, release management, and quality metrics analysis. Reporting directly to the QA Director, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating release cycles, refining testing strategies, and nurturing a culture of continuous integration and delivery using modern SaaS methodologies, including feature flag management, trunk-based development, and data-driven quality analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement QA processes optimized for SaaS rapid-release environments.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies utilizing trunk-based development methodologies and feature flagging.
  • Manage, mentor, and upskill the QA team to adopt SaaS delivery model best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Development, and Operations teams to streamline release cycles.
  • Build and maintain advanced dashboards using Jira, BitBucket/GitHub to capture and analyze key quality metrics.
  • Proactively identify quality risks through data-driven insights and implement actionable improvements.
  • Drive QA automation initiatives integrated with DevOps CI/CD pipelines to enhance test efficiency and deployment reliability.
  • Manager title with no direct reports initially — people management responsibilities may evolve over time with team expansion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of QA experience.
  • Proven track record implementing QA practices for modern SaaS applications with rapid release cycles.
  • Extensive experience with trunk-based development, feature flag management, continuous integration/delivery, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Jira and BitBucket/GitHub, with demonstrated ability to build advanced dashboards and reports.
  • Experience with QA automation tools and frameworks integrated into DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
  • Demonstrated success in leveraging data-driven methodologies to enhance quality, predictability, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in cybersecurity or SaaS platforms.
