This is a remote position.

  • Develop front-end components using Vue.js or other front-end JavaScript frameworks.

  • Deploy and manage applications on the Heroku platform.

  • Follow Git management best practices for version control and collaborate effectively with the development team.

  • Create and maintain SASS/CSS stylesheets for consistent and appealing user interfaces.

  • Apply common software engineering design patterns to ensure high-quality and scalable code.

  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

  • Contribute to the improvement of development processes and methodologies.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in Ruby scripting and related technologies.



Requirements
  • 1+ years of total job experience in Ruby scripting and development.

  • Strong proficiency in Ruby and Ruby on Rails.

  • Experience with front-end JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js or similar.

  • Familiarity with Heroku deployment and managing applications in a cloud environment.

  • Knowledge of Git management best practices and experience with collaborative version control.

  • Preferably with experience in Feathery.

  • Proficiency in SASS/CSS for styling web applications.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

  • Understanding and application of common software engineering design patterns.

  • Optional: Experience with DevOps practices, including shared codebases, Circle CI, and automated testing.
