Your Impact:

  • Create and organize structural drawings from architectural documents including development of plans, sections, and details
  • Be the lead modeler on a wide variety of structural projects while mentoring junior modelers across multiple locations
  • Assist with the submittals for large projects by producing solutions for complex design problems
  • Engage all level of engineers with a creative mindset and focus on problem solving
  • Contribute to the evaluation of BIM software tools and operating systems
  • Be an active contributor on our US Revit Team to ensure appropriate workloads across all offices

 

You'll Be A Great Fit If You Have:

  • Minimum of 6 years of structural drafting experience or equivalent, 8 years+ preferred
  • Strong understanding of structural and construction documentation
  • Advanced Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam skills
  • A.A. degree in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Experience creating and managing Revit families
  • Advanced Excel and Intermediate Word experience
  • Excellence in time management and communication
  • Advanced analytical skills to assess risks/obstacles and provide positive alternative solutions
  • A collaborative spirit and problem-solving mindset
  • Interest in working with all building types and materials across several US project teams

Compensation: Estimated at $78,000 - $115,000 + biannual profit share bonus potential.  Salary will be commensurate with experience / skills and location.
