What We'll Bring:

As a Revenue Operations Specialist II, you will be responsible for managing and streamlining monthly usage data workflows, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and supporting internal teams with operational excellence. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity of usage-based revenue processes and improving client-facing support through internal collaboration.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.

  • 2 to 4 years in operations, reporting, or data support roles, preferably in digital media, SaaS or financial services.

  • Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel, including: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, data validation, and error-checking formulas.

  • Working knowledge of SQL is required to: validate, troubleshoot, and prepare client-submitted usage data for upload and revenue calculation.

  • Experience with JIRA and Agile workflows.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience working with engineering teams and contributing to PRDs and process documentation.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.

  • Advanced English skills

Impact You'll Make:

  • Support the end-to-end process for monthly usage data collection, cleansing, validation, and delivery.

  • Upload validated usage data into internal systems for revenue calculation.

  • Partner with CVEs to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting.

  • Act as the first line of support for internal usage and billing inquiries.

  • Collaborate with engineering to define automation and productization requirements.

  • Maintain documentation and process guides to support scalable operations.

  • Monitor SLA adherence and escalate issues as needed.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and workflow optimization.

Impact You’ll Make

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of usage-based revenue reporting. Your contributions will reduce operational risk, improve internal efficiency, and support the scalability of the TruAudience platform.

This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
