About Us:

HiveWatch is a tech-forward, inclusive organization fostering the evolution of the physical security industry. We are a diverse team of forward thinkers who empower each other to find creative and collaborative solutions in an industry ripe for modernization. We are passionate about the problems we’re solving for our customers and equally passionate about the company we’re building.

HiveWatch is here to help security teams pivot from chasing threats to preventing them. We protect organizations, people, and property through the intelligent orchestration of physical security programs. With better communication, more insights, and less “noise”, we are modernizing what it means for businesses and their employees to truly feel safe.

  • Funding & Growth Momentum HiveWatch recently closed a $33M Series B, bringing total funding to over $65 million. The company is entering "Phase 2: Scale" with multiple Fortune 500 customers secured. 95% of Americans have interacted with a product, service, or brand protected by HiveWatch.
  • Founder with Deep Industry Expertise Ryan Schonfeld, Founder & CEO, began his career as a police officer and investigator before leading Global Security and Safety Technology at Fox Group. He founded HiveWatch to disrupt an antiquated physical security industry with AI-powered tools that free security operators from false alarms to focus on real threats.
  • Cutting-Edge AI Technology Security leaders are under tremendous pressure to modernize their function using AI, and HiveWatch is uniquely positioned to automate 90% of alarm responses for organizations, transforming how enterprise security teams work.
  • Culture of Ownership & Impact We believe in acting like owners - every team member is empowered to move fast, make smart decisions, and help shape the company’s future. Titles don’t limit us; impact does. If you want to help build and scale a rapidly expanding organization with a real path to advance your career, this is the place.
  • Direct Access Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you'll work within a lean org structure with direct access to the Founder and senior leadership team to help shape the company's growth
  • Ground Floor RevOps Hire In partnership with the VP of Sales, you will have the opportunity to build and scale the Revenue Operations function, considering new processes, technologies and creative strategies to enable to team to thrive

About the Role

You'll be HiveWatch's Revenue Operations owner, partnering directly with the VP of Sales to build the operational foundation that scales our revenue engine. You'll own the systems, processes, and analytics that enable our sales team to efficiently close six and seven figure enterprise deals with 3-6 month sales cycles across leading enterprise companies.

What You'll Own

  • Salesforce Architecture & Optimization: Design and implement automation strategies that support complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Build models and dashboards that give the team real-time visibility into pipeline health, deal progression, and revenue predictability
  • Scaling Infrastructure: Create processes and systems that scale the team from 3 to 19+ Enterprise Account Executives
  • Post-Sale Integration: Build seamless handoff processes between Sales and Customer Success within Salesforce
  • GTM Tech Stack Management: Own and optimize our revenue tools including Salesforce, Gong or similar, SalesLoft or similar, ZoomInfo or similar, Sales Navigator

What Success Looks Like

You'll be joining a high-performing, quota-crushing sales organization (currently at 100% attainment) that's growing rapidly. Your impact will be measured by sales team efficiency, forecast accuracy, pipeline velocity, and your ability to build scalable systems that support high growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Revenue Operations experience, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS (previous physical security experience not necessary)
  • Salesforce expertise with proven ability to design complex workflows and automation
  • Experience scaling sales operations (ideally from early-stage to growth-stage)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building forecasting models and pipeline analytics
  • Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools (Gong, Apollo, Clari, ChiliPiper, or similar)
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and building processes from scratch

Intangibles:

  • Thrive in Ambiguity You're a self-starter who can build the plane while flying it. You navigate uncertainty with confidence, create structure where none exists, and implement systems that drive measurable impact. You see the forest through the trees and turn complex operational challenges into scalable solutions.
  • Hungry for Growth & Ownership You're excited to exponentially grow your responsibilities and define what world-class RevOps looks like at HiveWatch. This isn't a role where you'll be maintaining existing systems. In partnership with the VP of Sales, you will be architecting the foundation for HiveWatch's next phase of growth.
  • Systems Thinker with Builder Mentality You're not afraid to challenge the status quo and question "the way it's always been done." You're energized by the opportunity to implement modern RevOps practices, whether that's redesigning our CRM architecture, building forecasting models, or creating enablement programs that make the sales team's lives easier.
  • Relentless & Resourceful You get gritty - no task is too small, no challenge too big. You'll go the extra mile, whether that's building a last-minute dashboard for an important sales meeting, partnering with the team to debug a process bottleneck, or diving into Salesforce to fix data integrity issues that are blocking deals.

Additional info:

  • Salary range: $120,000 - $165,000*
  • Eligible to participate in HiveWatch Equity Incentive Plan.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
