This is a great time to join us!

The Role

The Revenue Operations Manager is a cross-functional collaborator across the go-to-market commercial team and is responsible for growing predictable revenue across sales, marketing, and customer experience. You will act as a strategic partner uncovering insights in business data to optimize sales, marketing, and CS processes. Your day-to-day is to transform raw data into actionable insights and scalable process for our next phase of growth!

What You’ll Do

Insights (Analyze & Strategize)

  • Analyze revenue data and GTM metrics to identify trends and surface actionable insights.

  • Identify opportunities to drive revenue, such as go-to-market strategies, tactics to streamline the customer lifecycle, and potential sales process improvements by turning insights into strategic recommendations.

  • Maintain data integrity across finance, sales, marketing, and CS.

  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that enable visibility across Sales, Marketing, and CS.

    • Capture and measure team performance through standardized KPIs and reporting.

  • Partner with leadership to strategize, design and execute data-driven GTM strategies.

  • Create executive reporting frameworks: board insights, manager dashboards, and all-hands metrics.

Process (Measure, Enable & Standardize)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on processes that drive predictable revenue.

  • Design, implement, and refine repeatable revenue processes across the GTM org.

  • Lead onboarding and training enablement efforts by equipping Sales, Marketing, and CS with tools, training, and playbooks to adopt best practices.

  • Monitor the Sales Development Rep team to ensure they are equipped to actively build pipeline and efficiently manage the inbound lead qualification.

  • Support change management initiatives by documenting and enabling process adoption.

  • Develop sales territories and build compensation plans that incentivize behaviors needed to hit targets.

Systems (Unify & Optimize)

  • Aligning technology to present a complete picture of revenue, business, and activity data.

  • Own CRM and related GTM tech stack to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.

  • Implement and optimize workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.

  • Maintain system integrations across marketing, sales, and CS platforms (including enablement and training on all systems).

  • Continuously evaluate and improve the tech stack to support organizational scale and deliver accurate insights.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations and/or sales operations, ideally in a fast-paced, healthcare SaaS start-up.

  • Proven experience scaling GTM systems and operations at high-growth organizations.

  • Strong analytical background with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Strategic thinker that can translate business objectives into actionable initiatives.

  • Understands relational databases, data visualization, and data integrity.

  • Can simplify complex concepts and communicate them effectively.

  • Must be able to present and share data in a polished, meaningful way, whether it’s a quick email, in-depth report, or presentation deck.

  • Have a deep knowledge of CRM software and the administration of them, specifically Hubspot. Strong familiarity with using Excel and other tools to assess, manipulate, and analyze data.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
