As part of this effort, we’re hiring a Recruiting Coordinator. We’re looking for a curious, kind and exceptionally organized person, who thrives on the changing priorities and controlled chaos that is recruiting for a fast-moving, high-growth tech company. This is a hybrid role, and you will need to go into our Redmond, WA office when we have candidates interviewing on site.
What you’ll do:
Coordination for both virtual interviews and in-person interviews at our Redmond offices: Provide a high-touch, white glove experience, whether candidates get an offer or not
Schedule panels across multiple timezones, including APAC and EMEA Collaborate with the Executive Assistant for c-suite interviews
Become the go-to expert on Ashby, our ATS
Create and organize interview plans and feedback forms, to ensure a smooth and equitable evaluation process for all applicants
Open jobs, post roles, manage offers, disposition candidates
Coordinating reference checks
Find and implement processes to automate unnecessary activity and streamline or workflow
Help host and represent recruiting events in and around our Redmond office
Qualifications:
At least two years of experience with recruitment or HR responsibilities – or relevant, transferable experience
Experience working at a tech company, ad agency or other fast-paced professional organization
Experience using an applicant tracking system, and experience with Google Suite
Experience using AI to make work and/or life more efficient
Experience putting processes into place, automating manual work, and creating systems out of chaos
Phenomenal customer service skills, with a compassion for candidates in the job-seeking process
Meticulous attention to detail – you sweat the small stuff and have a keen eye for accuracy and organization
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills with a track record of developing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with and among a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Low ego and willingness to work on tasks of all sizes within a small team environment. You’re proactive with a “get it done” attitude
Nice to have:
Experience improving processes using AI. A knowledge of tools that are useful for the workplace
Prior experience working with Ashby or deep knowledge of another ATS
Has worked at a start-up or high growth organization
Experience working with an interview automation tool

Compensation Range: $62K - $78K
