This is Revenue Operations at Lattice

Lattice is looking for a Revenue Operations Pro to join the Revenue Operations team, which is a key partner in the growth of our Marketing, Sales, and Customer organizations. If you are a positive and motivated individual who likes a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem solving, and has the urge to improve processes on an ongoing basis, you might be a key fit for our Revenue Operations team. This person will play a critical role in supporting the revenue organization by providing insight, process structure, and strategic thinking to improve sales effectiveness, strategy, and efficiency. This role will report to the Revenue Operations leader and will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, BizTech and Operational leaders across a variety of long-term road map initiatives as well as ad-hoc projects.

What You Will Do:
  • Develop, oversee, and optimize core go-to-market processes to enable organizational growth and scale
  • Contribute key functions of the go-to-market strategy and formulate ideas for revenue generation
  • Drive and own Sales & Customer data quality and hygiene efforts through excellent change management, appropriate KPIs, and process execution and enablement
  • Monitor and evaluate pipeline, including highlighting and inspecting opportunities and flagging at risk deals
  • Build and maintain dashboards to provide visibility on the sales performance and activity
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3-5 years in GTM Operations or Strategy (Sales, Marketing, Customer) 
  • 1+ years SFDC experience
  • You are highly capable of translating complex concepts and analysis to technical and non-technical audiences across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in key GTM strategy such as Outbound efficiency & optimizations, Account Based Strategy, Territory planning, familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills, master in excel, familiarity with BI tools such as PowerBI, Looker, and Tableau
  • Strong organization and communication skills - proven track record of working with cross-functional partners and maintaining a high bar for Project Management
  • Strong experience in GTM operations technologies (SFDC, Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Clearbit, Zoominfo, Clari)

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $127,500 - $159,500. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
