The Opportunity

New Frontier is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and systems-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to help build and scale the operational infrastructure that powers our Engagement & Growth organization.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, advisor engagement, onboarding, data management, and executive reporting. The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the firm’s revenue engine — from prospect engagement through advisor onboarding and ongoing relationship management — operates with clarity, consistency, measurable accountability, and scalability.

This is not simply a marketing operations role. It is a strategic operational role designed to help New Frontier scale its platform business and support the launch and growth of our new product.

The ideal candidate combines strong operational discipline with systems thinking, analytical rigor, process design capability, and an interest in financial technology, wealth management, and enterprise platform growth.

This individual will play a critical role in helping leadership understand what is working across the funnel, where operational friction exists, and how to continuously improve execution across the client acquisition and onboarding lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Operations & Pipeline Management

•    Own and manage the operational infrastructure supporting the Engagement & Growth organization.

•    Maintain and improve CRM architecture, workflows, pipeline stages, lifecycle definitions, and reporting.

•    Establish consistent pipeline governance, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and funnel reporting.

•    Build executive dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership visibility across revenue generation activities.

•    Ensure clean data management and integrity across systems and reporting environments.

•    Support territory, account, contact, and segmentation management.

CRM & Systems Administration

•    Serve as primary administrator for HubSpot and related revenue operations systems.

•    Design and maintain workflows, automation, lead routing, attribution tracking, and integrations.

•    Help define the firm’s future revenue technology stack as FrontierOne scales.

•    Coordinate system enhancements and process improvements across departments.

•    Maintain documentation, operational standards, and internal process workflows.

Marketing Operations

•    Support execution and measurement of marketing campaigns, advisor outreach initiatives, webinars, roadshows, conferences, and events.

•    Manage campaign tracking, attribution reporting, lead scoring, and marketing analytics.

•    Coordinate operational support for the firm’s annual client conference and industry events.

•    Assist with email marketing operations, audience segmentation, and campaign workflows.

•    Help improve visibility into marketing ROI and engagement metrics.

Sales & Advisor Engagement Support

•    Support the enterprise sales and advisor engagement process through operational coordination and reporting.

•    Assist with proposal workflows, follow-up processes, meeting tracking, and advisor engagement activities.

•    Help improve sales process consistency and operational scalability.

•    Support onboarding coordination and advisor lifecycle tracking.

•    Work closely with leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities.

Data, Analytics & Executive Reporting

•    Translate operational and funnel data into actionable business insights.

•    Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPI scorecards for executive leadership.

•    Monitor conversion rates, engagement metrics, onboarding progress, and platform adoption trends.

•    Identify areas of operational inefficiency, leakage, or execution risk.

•    Help leadership make data-informed decisions regarding growth strategy and operational priorities.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
