About the Role
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to own the data, pipeline intelligence, and process foundation behind Skan's go-to-market engine — and to turn what that foundation reveals into automation that measurably improves how the revenue engine runs. This role owns the full loop: the data itself, the pipeline intelligence and forecast drawn from it, the sales process it should be measured against, the territory structure that plans against it, and the agentic workflows built to reinforce it.

Concretely: you own CRM data quality because clean data is what makes pipeline intelligence trustworthy. You own pipeline intelligence and forecasting because together they tell you where deals stall, where reps struggle, and what the business should expect to close. You own the sales process definition because intelligence is only useful measured against a defined standard. You own territory design because that's how coverage gets planned against the pipeline. And you own turning all of that into automation — identifying which manual or inconsistent steps in the revenue process are worth solving with an agentic workflow, building it, and measuring whether it worked.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in revenue or sales operations at a B2B SaaS company, is hands-on with CRM administration, pipeline analysis, and forecasting, and is comfortable both defining process and building the automated workflows that reinforce it.

Key Responsibilities

Data & CRM Hygiene
  • Own CRM data quality (Salesforce or equivalent) — field completeness, validation rules, and pipeline stage discipline — as the foundation everything else depends on.
  • Run ongoing data hygiene audits and remediation, and define the standards reps are held to.
  • Partner with Sales and Systems/IT to prioritize CRM and tooling improvements that improve data reliability.
Pipeline Intelligence & Forecasting
  • Analyze pipeline data to surface where deals stall, where reps consistently struggle, and where deal patterns diverge from the defined process.
  • Own the forecasting process and cadence — methodology, inputs, roll-up, and accuracy — in partnership with Sales leadership.
  • Translate pipeline and forecast patterns into specific recommendations: where an agentic workflow should be built or improved, and where enablement should intervene.
  • Maintain a standing view of pipeline health that Sales, Enablement, and Systems can all work from.
Sales Process Definition & Governance
  • Own and continuously refine the definition of Skan's stage-by-stage sales process, including qualification, discovery, demo, proof-of-value, and closing.
  • Ensure the process is the standard that pipeline intelligence is measured against and that agentic workflows are built to reinforce.
  • Govern process changes as the business evolves — new products, new personas, new competitive landscape — and keep the CRM configuration aligned to them.
Agentic Workflow Design & Build
  • Build and maintain agentic workflows that automate and monitor the revenue process, prioritized by what data and pipeline intelligence surface as highest-impact.
  • Identify manual, error-prone, or inconsistent steps in the revenue process and replace them with automated, agent-driven workflows.
  • Measure whether each agentic workflow actually moved the metric that triggered it, and retire or iterate on what doesn't work.
Territory Planning
  • Design and maintain territory and account assignment structures that align coverage with market opportunity.
  • Run capacity and coverage modeling to inform headcount planning and territory rebalancing as the business grows.

Key Metrics for Success
  • CRM Data Quality: Field completeness, pipeline stage accuracy, and data hygiene audit scores.
  • Pipeline Intelligence Coverage: Percentage of major stall points and rep struggle areas identified and diagnosed each quarter.
  • Forecast Accuracy: Variance between forecasted and closed results across the sales cycle.
  • Process Currency: How up to date the defined sales process and CRM configuration are relative to how the business actually sells.
  • Territory Coverage & Balance: Even distribution of opportunity and capacity across territories relative to market potential.
  • Agentic Workflow Adoption & Impact: Adoption rate of automated workflows and measurable time/cycle savings in the revenue process.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 5-7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related function at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience administering a CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) and analyzing pipeline data to surface actionable patterns.
  • Experience owning or managing a forecasting process, including methodology, cadence, and accuracy.
  • Experience owning or shaping a sales methodology and stage-by-stage process (MEDDIC, Command of the Message, or similar).
  • Experience with territory design and capacity/coverage modeling.
  • Experience building or deploying automated/agentic workflows within a revenue organization strongly preferred.
  • Process intelligence, agentic AI, RPA, or automation domain experience a plus.

Why Join Skan AI?
  • Be part of a category-creating company building the full agentic lifecycle.
  • Directly shape how Skan's revenue engine runs, from data quality to automation.
  • Join a passionate, global team united by curiosity, integrity, and impact.
  • In-office and remote work mix with global exposure.
  • Competitive compensation and equity opportunities.

Benefits
  • 100% coverage of Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)
  • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
  • Short Term & Long-Term Disability
  • Work From Home
  • Stock Option Plan

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
