About This Role:

We’re looking for a full-time Revenue Enablement Manager to join our Customer Success team,  reporting to the Manager, Sales Enablement. This role is a remote role based in the United States of America. 

In this role, you’ll play a key role in accelerating revenue growth and productivity by developing, managing, and delivering training, content, and tools for both Sales and Customer Success teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in communication, instructional design, and performance analysis.

What You'll Do: 

  • Design and implement training programs, including new-hire onboarding and ongoing education for the entire go-to-market team.

  • Manage and maintain a library of sales and customer success content and resources to ensure teams have what they need to succeed.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and relevant learning modules.

  • Analyze performance data to identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement for both sales and customer success.

  • Develop and deliver enablement programs for product launches, new messaging, and go-to-market initiatives.

  • Measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and report on key outcomes to leadership.

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership to understand enablement priorities and align on a strategic roadmap. This is not a complete list of responsibilities, and the scope of the role may evolve with the needs of the team and business.

What We're Looking For: 

Must-have skills or experience:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience), required.

  • Proven experience in a revenue enablement, sales enablement, or training role.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Nice-to-have skills or experience:

  • Experience with sales or customer success enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Mindtickle).

  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.

Our Compensation and Benefits: At Gainsight, we believe great work happens when teammates feel fully supported. 

  • The starting base salary range for this role is $90,000-110,000 USD annually. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, and location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for an annual bonus and participation in Gainsight’s equity program. 

  • We offer a comprehensive benefits package including fully covered medical premiums (employee-only), flexible PTO, 401(k) plan, dental and vision coverage, and remote work options.
