About Us:

Each of CenExel’s research sites specialize in Phase I to Phase IV clinical trials. Our Centers of Excellence comprise some of the most well respected and long-standing research facilities in the country. Specialty areas of research across our sites include Psychiatry, Acute Post Op Pain, Asian Bridging, Dermatology, GI, and Neurology. Each of our Centers of Excellence has tremendous experience and expertise in complex early phase trials, and all our sites have in-patient capability. We focus on quality people, teamwork, and highly experienced clinical research managers with a history of success.

Pay Range:  $20.00 - $21.50/hr (Depending on education, experience, and skillset)

Working Shift: Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 4:30 pm) 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Comply with current protocols, SOPs, GCPs, IRB, FDA guidelines, and site training program as applicable
  • Attend applicable trainings, including but not limited to: IM, Internal staff trainings, annual SOP training, and emergency drills.
  • Assist in Quality Assurance and Regulatory in external audits (FDA, PMDA, EU, Sponsor, CRO) regarding training and delegation logs
  • Participate in all staff meetings, emergency drills, etc.

Qualifications:

  1. Must be a high school graduate or have GED equivalency.
  2. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated through interactions with staff, Sponsor representatives, etc.
  3. Must be self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently.
  4. Must reflect the professional image of the company, upholding the company vision in actions, demeanor, and appearance.
  5. Must complete study coordinator sections of the training manual.

Working Conditions

  1. Indoor, office environment.
  2. Essential physical requirements include sitting, typing, standing, and walking.
  3. Lightly active position, occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
  4. Reporting to work, as scheduled, is essential.
