Provide administrative support for clinical research sites: comply with protocols, SOPs, GCP/IRB/FDA guidance; attend trainings; assist in QA/regulatory audits and delegation/training documentation; perform routine office duties and occasional light lifting.

The Principal Investigator conducts clinical research, ensures compliance with regulations, manages study staff, and oversees patient safety and data integrity.

Oversees day-to-day operations of the clinical research site, ensuring compliance, managing staff, and developing budgets to meet objectives.

Collects and processes clinical trial specimens per protocol, maintains chain-of-custody and inventory logs, monitors sample storage temperatures, prepares collection supplies, assists lab manager with site readiness, packs and ships study materials, and documents all laboratory procedures and sample handling.

Prepare and serve meals to clinical research patients, set up trays per requirements, assist with food preparation and beverage service, clean and restock dining and kitchen areas, transport dishes and trash, and perform other assigned duties to maintain sanitation and meal delivery.

Coordinate clinical trials from initiation to completion following ICH/GCP and protocol. Recruit and educate participants, schedule and collect data, perform safety assessments (vitals, EKGs, blood draws), document adverse events and deviations, manage regulatory and administrative tasks, report data to sponsors, and support protocol development and site logistics.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to site leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. Provide employee relations support, talent management, workforce planning, performance and succession management, change management, and HR data analytics. Drive site-level engagement, compliance with employment and clinical research regulations, and coordinate with Talent Acquisition and leadership to improve retention and productivity.

Lead paid media strategy and execution for patient recruitment across channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, Reddit, DSP). Optimize campaigns for CPL, conversion, and enrollment; allocate budgets; build landing pages and prescreeners; partner with site teams; leverage AI and data to improve targeting and creative; develop scalable playbooks; mentor junior marketers; ensure compliance with FDA, ICH, GCP, and company SOPs.

Develops and executes patient-focused marketing campaigns to recruit and retain clinical trial participants. Manages social media and website content, creates collateral, supports events and community outreach, conducts market research, tracks campaign performance, and ensures regulatory compliance. Collaborates with site teams and vendors and produces analytics and reports to optimize recruitment.
