We are seeking organized and detail-focused individuals to join our team as Travel Logistics Coordinators. In this role, you will assist with organizing travel arrangements and coordinating trip details to ensure smooth and seamless travel experiences for clients.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy planning, organization, and helping others navigate the details of travel. Travel Logistics Coordinators work with established booking platforms and travel suppliers to coordinate reservations, manage itineraries, and support clients throughout the travel planning process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages

  • Organize travel logistics and ensure all reservation details are accurate and complete

  • Communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and timelines

  • Confirm bookings with travel suppliers and maintain accurate travel records

  • Assist clients with itinerary coordination and travel documentation details

  • Monitor travel updates, schedule changes, and supplier communications

  • Provide support to travelers before and during their trips when needed

  • Maintain professional communication with clients and travel partners

Qualifications
