Position Overview:
We are seeking a polished and customer-focused Luxury Travel Consultant to support high-end travel planning and deliver exceptional client experiences. This fully remote role centers on assisting clients with curated vacations, premium accommodations, and personalized itinerary coordination.
This position is ideal for individuals who value attention to detail, professionalism, and elevated service standards. Structured onboarding and ongoing training are provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand travel preferences and experience expectations
Research and coordinate luxury resorts, premium cruise lines, and customized vacation packages
Manage the reservation and confirmation process with precision
Communicate professionally regarding itinerary details, travel requirements, and updates
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Provide proactive follow-up and service support before and after travel
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable navigating digital booking platforms and online systems
