We are seeking a Remote Scheduling & Travel Services Assistant to support clients with organizing trip details, coordinating schedules, and providing general assistance throughout the planning process. Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with scheduling needs related to travel planning
• Gather required trip details and preferences to support accurate coordination
• Research basic accommodation, transportation, and activity options

• Update internal systems and client records with accurate information
