As a Remote Operations Analyst at Turquoise Health, you will analyze operational processes, identify efficiencies, and provide actionable insights to improve workflow and productivity across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and inefficiencies
- Develop reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes
- Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or related fields
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$60,000 – $75,000 depending on experience
