About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a dynamic Sr. Operations Analyst to support our Training & Certification team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our world-class training program, orchestrating seamless learning experiences for cybersecurity professionals worldwide, optimizing learner journeys, and ensuring our clients are maximizing their training investments. This role will get exposure to both our training team, and our broader Services business operations as a member of our global Services Operations team.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Oversee all student enrollment, cancellations, rescheduling, and related communication to ensure the smooth flow of students through CrowdStrike University.

  • Create and maintain a global, yearly schedule of CrowdStrike University instructor-led classes.

  • Analyze class fill rates, cancellations, and frequencies, and make recommendations to business leaders to ensure schedule optimization.

  • Own the communication strategy to customers to ensure timely consumption of training investments.

  • Lead regular scheduling meetings with Leadership to ensure timely scheduling of classes.

  • Forecast future class schedules based on past demand.

  • Help maintain written policies and procedures for all assigned functions.

  • Collaborate with various internal teams to lead process improvement projects.

  • Interview and debrief learners, acting as a liaison for the CrowdStrike Training team.

What You’ll Need: 

  • A four-year degree (or equivalent) with an emphasis in Business Management or related fields.

  • 4-6 years experience demonstrating a working knowledge of customer service and operations.

  • Can handle multiple tasks at once using excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to interact professionally, harmoniously, and productively with customers and/or internal team members at all levels.

  • Desire to innovate and improve existing processes to help organization scale.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders.

Bonus Points: 

  • Experience working for a fast-paced technology and/or security company.

  • Experience with any of the following systems/programs: SalesForce, Docebo, Tableau, Qualtrics, Google Workspace, AI tools.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $86,000 - $135,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
