This is a remote position.

Job Title: Release Train Engineer

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months contract

 

Required Skills:

·         Ideally, we need people with Team level coach experience including SPC 6.0. The SPC is not necessary, but preferred.

·         ADO required.

·         SAFe 6.0 strongly preferred.

·         Strong Technical RTE experience (SAFe and Agile at the ART level).

·         Excellent program management background and leadership skills.

·         Excellent ADO usage for tracking and predicting work including dashboarding.

·         Experience supporting large-scale internal business user environments as subject matter.

·         Knowledge of end-user technology and workplace services, including laptops, Windows 11, badge/card access systems, and related employee technology services.

·         Experience working in environments supporting approximately 3,000 employees and partners.

·         Ability to lead coordination, planning, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment during organizational transformation.
