What you'll do:Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and business objectives
Act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure their concerns are addressed promptly
Oversee the delivery of services and products to clients, ensuring they meet or exceed expectations
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, manage client requests, and ensure timely and efficient service
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products
Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and drive revenue growth
Bachelors degree preferred, high school or equivalent required
Proven track record of managing client accounts and driving business growth in the payment industry
Experience in relationship management, account management, or a similar client-facing role
