Develop, implement and be accountable for Regional supply chain strategic, tactical, and operational plans within a specified region/cluster. Responsible to optimize supply chain in terms of Services, Processes and Costs to meet required customer service levels and provide superior results at the lowest possible total supply chain costs.Other locations might be considered depending on the organizational needs
Job Description
Major accountabilities:
- Drive process changes and operational/productivity improvements as process Champion or project lead within the Region or across. (Demand, inventory & S&BP process)
- Liaise with associated departments (e.g. Finance, DRA, RCC, QA, others) to optimize cross-functional processes and projects.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with General Manager and relevant functions in the Countries, Region and across Tech Ops sites and functions.
- Support and participate in all Launches activities in the region.
- Monitor and control regional supply chain performance based on KPI and other information.
- Contribute to the demand review with the customer (Global Supply Chain Management) to identify major changes and trends (e.g., products, volumes), which should be accounted for in the site's “Supply Review”
- Identify areas for improvements in the Region and Countries, ensure implementation of continuous performance improvement plans and follow up sustainable implementation.
- Ensure high quality planning in affiliates and supply sites to optimise supply chain performance. (e.g. Sales Forecasting, Demand Planning, Launch Planning, others)
- Represent Regional supply chain in local S&BP meetings in Affiliates and Supply Sites.
- Anticipate future trends in supply chain management and keep track of developments in the market environment that are likely to affect Global/Regional supply chain performance
- Translate into Regional strategic/action plans to optimise supply chain performance.

- Inventory level and Write off
- Sales Forecast Accuracy & Bias
- Adherence to SCM processes like S&OP, Planning parameter setting
- Departmental Budget
Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a managerial role within different stages of supply chain for large multi-national organizations
