JOB SUMMARY
Kiva Sales and Service (KSS) will depend on the Regional Sales Manager to execute the KSS sales strategy for the Northern California Market. The RSM will be responsible for managing the Northern California Sales Team, providing direction and support to ensure the team achieves its goals, establishes new business, and develops existing buyer relationships. The Regional Sales Manager will drive towards company assigned metrics, own the local market and help establish and improve buyer relationships at the dispensary level.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience as a sales leader
- 4-5 years sales leadership experience
- Relevant sales experience in CPG – experience in cannabis and/or beverage or alcohol preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office/Excel, Google Suite. ERP software knowledge with Encompass, Asana and Outreach experience a plus
- Someone who is passionate about the Cannabis industry!
What we're looking for...
