ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager, Americas who is trustworthy, self-driven, motivated, and accountable to join our Global Marketing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and multicultural environment and is passionate about building and executing impactful B2B marketing campaigns that drive growth across North and South America (U.S., Canada, and LATAM).You will use your planning, organizational, and execution skills to help Xsolla profitably grow in the Americas region, supporting regional marketing efforts while aligning with global strategy. You’ll work alongside teammates across disciplines—from experiential and digital marketing to creative and product marketing—as well as external partners such as agencies and trade show producers.The right person for this role will be a strong communicator and project manager who can lead multiple initiatives, build relationships across time zones, and turn creative ideas into measurable outcomes.This role is on-site 3–4 days per week at the Xsolla Global Headquarters in Los Angeles, California and will require up to 25-40% travel.
Responsibilities
- Work within the global marketing organization to deliver, execute, and measure B2B marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at acquiring new gaming leads and partners in the Americas region.
- Create, manage, and report on marketing projects and initiatives across Xsolla’s products, solutions, and services.
- Oversee participation in 70+ industry events per year, partnering with the Events team to plan, contract, and deliver high-impact in-person and online experiences.
- Manage and nurture strategic marketing partnerships within the region, including gaming associations, integrated agencies, and event production companies.
- Serve as the primary liaison to external partners, managing relationships, negotiating agreements, developing joint marketing initiatives, and overseeing the execution of co-branded campaigns, webinars, and events.
- Lead localization efforts as needed in Canada and LATAM sub-regions.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to develop marketing content and campaigns that drive lead generation, accelerate meetings, and support product integration.
- Identify, organize, and coordinate public speaking opportunities for Xsolla representatives at key gaming industry events, partnering with PR for coaching and messaging alignment.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the marketing team by sharing innovative ideas and approaches to achieve marketing objectives.
- Partner with the integrated marketing team to deliver paid advertising, organic and paid social media, content distribution, influencer marketing, webinars, video content, blogs, ebooks, and other collateral.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of professional experience in marketing (agency, brand, technology, or related background).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Proven track record in project management, with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from concept through execution.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Preferred:
- Strong data analysis and measurement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work across global teams and adapt campaigns to regional markets.
- Experience organizing and managing public speaking events at regional trade shows and public events.
- 2–3 years of experience and knowledge of the video game development and publishing industry.
