Overview
The Product Marketing Manager, Regional Product Marketing is a versatile and dynamic product marketer who supports go-to-market execution across the full Resmed portfolio of hardware and digital solutions.
Rather than focusing on a single category, this role flexes across initiatives and priorities, bringing market expertise, storytelling, and executional rigor wherever needed. As a full portfolio PMM, they play a critical role in ensuring launches land with impact, adoption is sustained, and regional teams are equipped to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
1. Flexible GTM Strategy & Execution
- Jump into priority initiatives across the hardware and digital portfolio to design and execute regional GTM plans.
- Ensure successful, high-impact launches by leveraging repeatable frameworks.
- Build adoption strategies that extend beyond launch across multiple product lines.
2. Market Expertise & Insight
- Serve as a regional subject-matter expert, quickly developing deep understanding of new product categories.
- Translate provider, patient, and partner insights into actionable GTM inputs.
- Provide upstream feedback to global teams on emerging trends and needs across categories.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales Enablement, Commercial Marketing, and PMO to ensure launch readiness.
- Act as a trusted partner to Revenue teams, aligning execution with growth priorities.
- Seamlessly adapt to different teams and stakeholders depending on project needs.
4. Product Storytelling & Enablement
- Develop clear, compelling positioning and messaging across a variety of product launches.
- Create enablement materials that resonate with providers, payers, and patients.
- Ensure narratives connect emotionally and practically with target audiences, regardless of product line.
5. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Define and monitor launch KPIs across diverse offerings.
- Run retrospectives to identify learnings and strengthen GTM performance.
- Share best practices across the regional PMM team to elevate collective impact.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 6–8 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related commercial roles.
- Background in healthcare, medical devices, digital health, or SaaS preferred.
- Track record of successfully delivering GTM plans across multiple product categories.
- Excels in environments that require adaptability, prioritization, and rapid learning.
- Strong collaborator with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Known for agility, storytelling, and customer-first thinking.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
At Resmed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position in the United States is: $122,000 - $152,000 - $182,000 USD.
