REGIONAL MANAGER - LOS ANGELES, CA SRG is seeking an experienced property management professional to oversee one of our Los Angeles portfolios. This person will be directly responsible for the overall management, administration, operations and financial performance of assigned multi-family portfolio. They will also act as the company representative in all matters related to investor, owner, or owner representative reporting, meetings, discussions and relations. - Experience with high rise, lease-ups, and the Los Angeles market preferred
- 5 years managerial experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience managing client relationships
- Strong financial background
- Must be able to travel 80% of the time.
Salary range is $155,000-$165,000 annually. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Regular full-time employees who work between 30-40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual. Sick time accrual is provided in accordance with law.
