Oversee the management, administration, operations, and financial performance of an assigned multifamily property portfolio in Los Angeles. Serve as the company representative for investor, owner, and owner-representative relationships, including reporting and meetings. The role requires leadership, client relationship management, strong financial expertise, experience with high-rise properties and lease-ups, and travel up to 80% of the time.

Manages the overall performance and daily operations of a 218-unit multifamily community. Responsibilities include hiring and developing staff, rent collection, resident retention, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, marketing, vendor and contractor oversight, compliance, safety, maintenance coordination, risk management, and property performance analysis.
