We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth across Western Canada. This role is responsible for developing and expanding dealer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering financing solutions that support AGCO dealers and customers. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to our dealer network while helping drive profitable growth for AGCO Finance.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives on relationship building, strategic account management, and developing creative financing solutions in a dynamic agricultural marketplace.

The territory will include Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan.  The candidate is required to reside in Alberta or Saskatchewan and are expected to travel approximately 50-75% throughout Western Canada. Frequent dealer visits and customer-facing engagement are essential to success in this role. 

Day to day

Drive Business Growth

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with AGCO Finance's business objectives.
  • Identify, pursue, and close financing opportunities with dealers and end-user customers.
  • Expand market penetration by developing new dealer relationships and growing existing
  • accounts.
  • Promote AGCO Finance products and programs to increase loan and lease volume while
  • improving profitability.

Build Strategic Partnerships

  • Become the trusted financing partner for AGCO dealers throughout the territory.
  • Strengthen relationships with key dealer principals, sales teams, and major customers.
  • Provide product expertise, training, and financing support to dealer organizations.
  • Introduce new products and financing solutions that help dealers increase equipment sales.

Deliver Customer-Focused Solutions

  • Structure complex financing transactions involving multiple stakeholders and unique
  • customer requirements.
  • Develop competitive financing proposals consistent with pricing and risk guidelines.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve dealer program performance and customer satisfaction.

Manage Territory Performance

  • Create and execute strategic dealer account plans.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain regular in-person engagement with dealers and customers across the territory.
  • Travel extensively throughout Western Canada to support business objectives.

Essentials:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, equipment finance, leasing, commercial lending, or a
  • related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financing and lease products and markets.
  • Demonstrated success in relationship management and business development.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a field-based environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.

Applicable pay range

$80,528.00 - $120,792.00 (This role is eligible for sales commissions which increase the target earnings beyond the listed pay range)

AGCO is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.  

This position is subject to the terms of AGCO Finance’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to AGCO Finance employees, including healthcare benefits, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are subject to eligibility.
