We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Director to lead multiple 3PL and MDO operations across a designated region. This role is ideal for an experienced operations leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, develops high-performing teams, and drives sustainable business growth through strong operational and financial leadership.

 What You'll DoLeadership & Talent Development
  • Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers through structured development plans, performance discussions, and ongoing leadership training.
  • Build high-performing teams and create succession plans for critical leadership positions.
  • Partner with Recruiting and Human Resources to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Participate in final-round interviews and selection decisions for key leadership roles.
  • Drive operational performance across multiple final mile delivery locations.
  • Ensure sites operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
  • Review operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve productivity, service, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
 Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent leadership experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, 3PL, final mile, warehousing, or related industries.
  • Multi-site leadership experience with responsibility for operational and financial performance.
  • Strong experience coaching and developing leaders.
  • Proven ability to drive operational improvements and financial results.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience within final mile delivery operations.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations, DOT requirements, and safety compliance standards.
  • Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
