Manage Microsoft Azure infrastructure and Azure Databricks environments, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, monitoring, security controls, deployments, migrations, incident response, and disaster recovery. The role partners with data, software, cloud, and engineering teams to maintain reliable platforms, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and document operational procedures.

Develop General Managers, build high-performing teams, support succession planning and hiring, improve productivity and service, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategic and continuous improvement initiatives across geographically dispersed locations.

Provides strategic leadership for regional distribution centers and final-mile delivery markets. Drives operational performance, cost-effective distribution processes, safety, continuous improvement, and business growth. Oversees staffing, recruitment, training, and performance management while collaborating with stakeholders. Requires logistics or transportation leadership experience, including flatbed operations, and knowledge of transportation regulations.

Manage daily delivery and warehouse operations, support drivers and customer service with real-time troubleshooting, build and adjust schedules, prepare manifests, oversee 3PL inbound/outbound logistics, train staff, handle payroll discrepancies, process reschedules/cancellations, track waste/recycling, and submit nightly recap reports to meet on-time delivery, safety, and productivity goals.
