Leads enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives; establishes PMO governance, project standards, reporting, and accountability. Partners with executives to manage scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and outcomes. Drives process improvement, organizational change, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence while delivering executive dashboards, business cases, and recommendations. Uses project management systems, collaboration platforms, automation, and reporting tools to improve visibility and execution.

Serves as a trusted HR advisor to leaders and employees across the PacSouth territory. Drives employee engagement, talent development, change management, employee relations investigations, policy compliance, and HR initiatives. Uses workforce metrics to inform decisions, partners with cross-functional HR teams, and ensures compliance with employment laws while mitigating organizational risk. Requires extensive travel throughout California, Nevada, and Hawaii.

Coordinates workers’ compensation claims and supports injured employees from workplace injury through return-to-work. Responsibilities include employee outreach, claim documentation, cross-functional coordination with Operations, Payroll, HR, Safety, and claims partners, modified duty and transitional employment coordination, tracking restrictions and follow-ups, issue escalation, claim reviews, training, and process improvement.

Directs the end-to-end compensation function, including base pay, incentive pay, equity, executive compensation, market analysis, job evaluation, policies, analytics, and program administration. Partners with HR, business leaders, and executives to develop compensation strategies, advise on pay decisions, manage approvals, and prepare recommendations for executive compensation practices.

Manage Microsoft Azure infrastructure and Azure Databricks environments, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, monitoring, security controls, deployments, migrations, incident response, and disaster recovery. The role partners with data, software, cloud, and engineering teams to maintain reliable platforms, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and document operational procedures.
