Position Overview

The Referral Marketing Manager, will lead the next evolution of our well-established Care for Friends Program, responsible for building on its strong foundation to maximize its potential.

 

What You'll Be Working On

Duties include but not limited to:


Elevating the Program: 

· Develop a strategic roadmap to enhance the program, including communication plans, outreach strategies, and patient engagement initiatives. 

· Analyze current referral program performance and identify areas for growth and improvement. 

·  Conceive dynamic engagement materials that drive intent to act.  

· Develop a marketing strategy to effectively market and promote the program to program participants.  

· Manage and support our newly created Program Engagement Coordinator role, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance development. 


Data-Driven Engagement: 

· Lead targeted campaigns using data insights to increase program participation and referral success rates. 

· Conduct A/B testing and optimize communication efforts (email, SMS, and more) to drive results. 


Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

· Work closely with marketing, operations (sites and events), and other internal teams to align messaging and ensure program consistency. 

· Oversee communication channels to ensure patients receive timely, relevant, and impactful messages. 

· Manage fulfillment of payments and timelines to ensure processing is completed 


Reporting and Insights: 

· Monitor program KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. 

· Prepare regular reports highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

-Other ad hoc responsibilities as needed


Scope of Role

Physical Requirements

·This role requires 100% of work to be performed in a remote office environment and requires the ability to use keyboards and other computer equipment.


Travel Requirements

· This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements. Occasional planned travel may be required as part of the role.
