Coordinate recruiting administrative tasks including interview scheduling, pre-employment background/drug/physical testing, job fair support, candidate sourcing and initial phone screenings, maintaining candidate records, and assisting recruiters throughout the hiring process.
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administrative tasks of the recruiting process, including scheduling interviews, managing the background check, physical and drug testing process, and coordinating and assisting with job fairs. You will also support the recruiting team by assisting with sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes and conducting initial candidate screenings.

Essential Functions
- Assist recruiters with scheduling interviews for candidates
- Manage the pre-employment process for candidates, including background checks, drug tests, and physicals
- Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build candidate pipeline
- Engage candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
- Assist recruiters by conducting initial phone screenings
- Assist recruiters with job fairs
- Maintain candidate records in our systems
- Support candidates throughout the process
- Learn about recruitment trends
- Support team members on a daily basis
- Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
- Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
- Model, promote, and reinforce the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state and local employment regulations
- Basic understanding of Recruiting and HR concepts, policies and procedures, and administrative procedures
- Demonstrated knowledge of applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge of employee relations, recruitment and selection processes
- Experience with common recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, job boards and resume databases
- Knowledge of personal computers and working knowledge of HRIS, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate prompt and constructive solutions
- Problem-solving expertise and planning skills
- Influencing and self-management capabilities
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, as well as outside individuals and groups
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
- One or more years of experience with recruiting coordination and support

- Limited, may be 10% within regional assignment
