The Team

The Role 

We're seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent team and own the logistics, coordination, and candidate experience across the hiring process. This role is critical to our ability to scale—ensuring candidates move quickly, interviews run seamlessly, and every interaction reflects the high bar we set for our team. This is an early-career role ideal for candidates looking to grow into recruiting, talent operations, or HR. This is a fully on-site role based at our Torrance, CA headquarters. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews across multiple teams and time zones with speed and accuracy. 
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, attention to detail, and confident onsite hosting.  
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).  
  • Coordinate candidate travel (flights, hotels, transportation) and support expense reconciliation.  
  • Improve recruiting operations through process enhancements and special projects. 
  • Build strong, professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.  
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams across the business to keep the hiring process moving. 

Basic Qualifications  

  • Experience managing complex calendars and using tools such as Outlook and Microsoft Office. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset. 
  • High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. 
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Torrance, CA. 

Preferred Skills and Experience  

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or HR coordination. 
  • Experience using Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 
  • Bachelor's degree. 
  • Experience improving or streamlining recruiting or operational processes.
