NakedMD is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, screen, and hire top talent that aligns with our company culture and business goals. The ideal candidate is experienced in sourcing strategies, building strong candidate pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to deliver an outstanding hiring experience.

Salaried role: 72-78k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in high volume recruiting or similar recruiting role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
