Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and professional Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and to manage various talent aquisition procedures. This will be a short-term role of 4 months with possibility of going longer. The successful candidate will be someone who is passionate as a talent coordinator, supporting the hiring and onboarding process, leading employee engagement events, and evolving employees through our company’s guidelines and managing processes. To excel in this role, you should be an excellent communicator with in-depth knowledge of the hiring process and labor regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying the company’s hiring needs and managing the hiring process to ensure it runs smoothly
  • Oversee the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, onsite and virtual interviews, generating offer letters, and performing background checks
  • Track, maintain, and upload candidate data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in SmartRecruiters and HubSpot
  • Assist with onboarding activities that may include training and preparing necessary paperwork
  • Generate Verification of Employment letters as needed
  • Additional administration and/or coordination support as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
  • 2-4 years related experience required.
  • Work experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (SmartRecruiters is a plus) and resume databases
  • Experience with high volume of scheduling
  • Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, while retaining all information
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and individually
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information

The expected wage for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hour.
