About the Job:

At Pacsun, our Talent Acquisition team helps bring the brand to life by connecting great talent to meaningful opportunities.  The Talent Acquisition Recruiter plays a vital role in bringing top talent to the organization. Pacsun is seeking a results-driven Recruiter with experience supporting hiring in a high energy corporate retail environment. Skilled in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent across corporate functions, with a strong focus on delivering excellent candidate experience. Experienced in early career engagement initiatives, including summer internship programs and building strong university partnerships to develop diverse talent pipelines.

A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate retail roles, from requisition intake through offer acceptance
  • Implement creative sourcing strategies to identify diverse, high-potential candidates (e.g., social media, niche job boards, networking, referrals)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide talent market insights
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes and pipeline effectiveness
  • Develop and execute early career recruiting strategies, including internships, entry-level programs, and campus hiring initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, career centers, and student organizations
  • Plan and participate in onsite college recruiting events, career fairs, info sessions, and employer branding activities

What it takes to Join:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience recruiting for retail corporate functions (e.g., merchandising, marketing, design, eCommerce)
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in corporate retail
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use recruiting data to drive decisions
  • Experience with early career initiatives including internship programs, or university relations
  • Proven ability to develop innovative sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools – UKG preferred

Salary Range: $83,000 - $90,000

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear. The associate is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach with hands and arms.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
  • Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
  • Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building.
  • Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel may be required.

 Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
