Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for owning end-to-end recruiting across a diverse set of roles while serving as a trusted, consultative partner to hiring managers. This role operates in a fast-paced, multi-company environment and requires the ability to adapt quickly, manage shifting priorities, and drive hiring outcomes with minimal oversight. The Talent Acquisition Partner builds and maintains strong talent pipelines, delivers an efficient and inclusive candidate experience, and ensures timely execution from intake through offer. Success in this role depends on strong stakeholder management, sound judgment, and a data-informed approach to recruiting. The ideal candidate brings a solutions-oriented mindset, thrives in ambiguity, and is energized by both strategic partnership and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and tech-adjacent roles, managing high-volume requisitions from intake through offer close.

  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using diverse sourcing strategies and proactive outreach.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define requirements, calibrate profiles, and optimize hiring processes.

  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and coordination.

  • Manage interview scheduling, feedback loops, and decision-making to ensure efficient turnaround times.

  • Maintain accurate ATS records and produce regular reporting on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and hiring outcomes.

  • Identify process improvements and implement scalable recruiting practices to support hiring surges and growth.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

  • 5–7+ years of recruiting experience in a B2B SaaS, startup, or multi-product technology environment
  • Demonstrated success managing high-volume, full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles or teams
  • Strong sourcing expertise across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and ATS databases
  • Proven ability to partner with hiring managers at varying levels of seniority
  • Experience using an ATS to manage pipelines, reporting, and compliance (Greenhouse or similar)
  • Authorization to work in the United States and ability to work fully remote
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting across diverse functions such as engineering, product, GTM, and operations
  • Background in multi-company, private equity–backed, or rapidly scaling organizations
  • Track record of improving recruiting processes through automation or operational optimization
  • Reputation for strong judgment, accountability, and follow-through with candidates and stakeholders
