By combining AI, advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing, we help aerospace and defense companies build rockets, satellites, aircraft, ships, and other mission-critical systems up to 10x faster and at significantly lower cost.

Following our $1.37B Series D at a $7.87B valuation, Hadrian is rapidly expanding our manufacturing footprint, launching new capabilities across welding, casting, forging, electronics, additive manufacturing, and more, while scaling our Factory-as-a-Service platform to transform how critical products are built.

Backed by leading investors including JPMorgan Chase, Valor Equity Partners, Andreessen Horowitz, Founders Fund, 137 Ventures, Lux Capital, T. Rowe Price, and Morgan Stanley, we’re building the future of American manufacturing—and looking for exceptional people to help make it happen.

If you’re ready to take on the most challenging and rewarding work of your career while helping create American manufacturing jobs for generations to come, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

The Role

As a Recruiter at Hadrian, you'll play a critical role in scaling the teams that power our growth from the engineers building our automation platform, to the factory teams delivering on throughput and quality, to the business functions that drive revenue and operations. This is not a traditional recruiting role: you'll work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where strong partnerships with leaders, sharp sourcing instincts, and sound judgment matter every day.

You'll join a growing Talent team that is collaborative, mission-driven, and execution-oriented, partnering closely with leadership to shape hiring strategy, candidate experience, and how Hadrian shows up in the talent market.

We are looking for Recruiters within the following domains:

  • Technical Recruiter: Owns hiring for software engineers, product, designers, and other technical talent

  • Business Recruiter: Owns hiring across GTM and G&A functions

  • Manufacturing Recruiter: Owns recruiting across manufacturing operations

What You'll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring priorities

  • Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent

  • Run efficient, high-signal, compliant interview and selection processes

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience aligned with Hadrian's culture and values

  • Track hiring performance and use data to identify bottlenecks and improve outcomes

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leaders, providing market insight and recommendations

  • Contribute to broader Talent initiatives, including employer branding and process improvement

Who You Are
  • 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

  • Experience closing complex offers, including negotiation across competing compensation and equity packages

  • A strong communicator who builds trust with candidates and stakeholders

  • Data-informed, organized, and proactive in managing competing priorities

  • Thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly

  • Passionate about candidate experience and building strong, high-performing teams

What Will Set You Apart
  • Experience recruiting in technical, manufacturing, or hardware-software environments

  • Startup or high-growth company experience

Compensation

For this role, the target salary range is: $105,000 - $225,000 (actual range may vary based on experience).

This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
