Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate and clinical roles across multiple sites. Partner with hiring leaders to design strategies, source and maintain talent pipelines, ensure equitable compliant processes, manage ATS data, facilitate interviews and offers, and promote Astrana Health's mission and culture.
The Recruiter plays a pivotal role in driving full-cycle recruitment across Astrana Health's corporate functions and clinic-based operations. This position is central to shaping our growing teams by identifying exceptional talent, cultivating strong relationships, and delivering a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of ownership, thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment, and has the ability to connect with people while accelerating organizational change.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of corporate and clinical roles across Astrana Health.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, timelines, and organizational priorities.
- Design thoughtful recruitment strategies that balance speed, quality, and candidate experience.
- Champion change management by introducing and reinforcing best practices, improved processes, and a consistent approach to hiring.
- Maintain robust pipelines of qualified talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and community engagement.
- Ensure structured, equitable, and compliant recruitment processes across all requisitions.
- Deliver high-quality interview preparation, debrief facilitation, and offer negotiation guidance.
- Track and manage requisition activity, ensuring timely updates and data accuracy within the ATS.
- Serve as an ambassador for Astrana Health's mission, culture, and values in every candidate interaction.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within healthcare or a fast-growth, multi-site environment.
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success recruiting across both clinical and corporate roles.
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to adapt communication and approach across diverse stakeholders and fast-changing scenarios.
- Highly organized and process-driven, with the discipline to manage competing priorities and see them through.
- Proven ability to build meaningful relationships, influence without authority, and connect people to opportunities.
- Energized by driving change, introducing new ideas, and building alignment across teams.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions
- Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis. Our available offices for this position are located at Alhambra, CA or Orange, CA.
- The national compensation target range for this role is: $80,000 - $88,000. Actual Compensation will be determined based on geographic location (current or future), experience, and other job-related factors.
