Handle front-desk duties: answer and transfer multi-line calls, greet visitors, manage conference room calendars, log packages, track partner absences, assist with time entry, scan invoices into DMS, and support office manager projects.

Responsibilities
- Answers telephones in a professional and friendly manner. Transfers or connects quickly and efficiently, using a multi-line telephone system.
- Receives and transmits telephone messages accurately and promptly, using the telephone, voice mail system, and/or email systems.
- Greets clients and visitors as soon as they arrive in the office in a professional and friendly manner and alerts appropriate personnel.
- Maintains conference room calendar for all conference rooms, prints current calendars daily for posting.
- Maintains a log of incoming packages.
- Maintains on calendar when partners are out of office and their return dates, and any employee on leave (know who to transfer calls/mail etc. to).
- Assist in Time Entry when needed.
- Scan client invoices into client folders in DMS
- Work closely with Office Manager to assist with other projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years Receptionist/Office experience.
- Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism..
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have some experience with keyboard entry.
