Job Responsibilities :

The RazerStore Sales Associate will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect Razer products and creating memorable shopping experiences. You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and recommending products.

  • Drive sales through effective demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions.

  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment.

  • Assist with product selection, provide information, and showcase products.

  • Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.

  • Maintain flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Enforce company policies and perform other assigned duties.

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Pre-Requisites :

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a gaming or electronics store

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while being attentive to customers

  • Basic math and computer skills required

  • Knowledge of basic POS principles and cash handling

  • Passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming products

  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Salary Ranges (per annum):

$37,445.00 - $64,058.00
