We are seeking for a hands-on technical leader to head our Quantum Control Applications team—a group of experimental physicists and software developers working at the intersection of quantum control and software engineering. In this role, you’ll lead the development of tools and applications that support quantum computing research worldwide. You’ll manage a multidisciplinary team, drive complex software development projects, and collaborate closely with internal teams and advanced customers. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience leading software development teams and managing technical projects
- Strong background in Python and collaborative software engineering practices
- MSc or PhD in quantum physics, computer science, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for advancing quantum technologies
