Based in Los Angeles, this role leads the Quality Management agenda for Haldren in United States. The position sets priorities, builds governance, and ensures predictable delivery across teams and partners. Success depends on strong stakeholder management, clear metrics, and disciplined execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Define KPIs and cadence for reviews; report progress with actionable insights.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and external partners to meet targets and service levels.
• Lead the quality management system, audits, CAPA, and risk-based quality improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with applicable standards and policies.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, including succession planning.
• Set a clear strategy, operating model, and annual plan aligned to country priorities.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology leaders to resolve blockers.
• Lead change management for major initiatives and process or system rollouts.


Requirements
• Proven ability to build strategy, translate it into execution plans, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Experience with QMS standards, internal audits, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree is an advantage.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including managing managers.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with distributed teams.
• Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and KPI-driven operating rhythms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior internal partners.
