Job description
Join our team at IPS Cerritos, CA, as a Warehouse Associate specializing in Quality Control and Packaging. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy hands-on work, and value quality above all else, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for. As a QC and Repack Worker, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of excellence
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Perform product inspections (trainable)
- Utilize tape measure for measurement tasks
- Fill out inspection reports (read/write in English)
- Package products, re-label boxes, and apply labels to pallets
- Lift and move items weighing between 10 to 40 lbs safely
- Engage in bending, twisting, and reaching tasks as needed
- Re-palletize pallets and stack products efficiently
- Hand wrap products onto pallets
- Adhere to directions and safety regulations
- Foster teamwork and maintain effective communication
- Perform sweeping, clean-up, and emptying of trashcans
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Possess minimum general math skills
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Capability to follow directions and safety rules
- Willingness to engage in physical tasks including lifting and bending
- Basic math skills
