We're looking for a Sealing Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you'll help to lead our sealing department and build a high-performing team that lives our commitment to getting it right. You'll ensure we deliver the accuracy, efficiency, and quality our collectors deserve, because serving the collector is where everything starts. Our customers are trusting us with their most prized possessions, and you'll create an environment where every item receives the meticulous care and attention it deserves.
You’ll report to the Sealing Manager and work from our Santa Ana, CA office.
What You'll Do
Manage staffing and training for the Sealing department, investing in your team's long-term growth and fostering a culture of continuous learning where team members are encouraged to be curious and grow their skills.
Monitor quality and productivity to ensure every item receives the care it deserves. Our customers are trusting us with their most prized possessions, and no matter the value, every item deserves to be treated the same way. Be efficient, but don't rush.
Build departmental morale and team spirit by leading with kindness and treating others with respect. Always assume positive intent, seek out diverse perspectives, and create an inclusive environment.
Create effective solutions by first sharing context and ensuring the team understands the goal, the problem, and why it needs to be solved. Question assumptions and provide accurate data to help find solutions.

Always start with what serves the collector first and work backwards from their needs.
Safely handle and account for valuable merchandise, ensuring its security and proper handling throughout all process stages.
Lead by example and be a champion of all company policies, including safety, attendance & security.
Who You Are
2+ years of quality and/or operations experience and experience leading a team in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Strong communicator who can clearly relay policies and procedures with honesty and empathy
Data-driven problem solver who questions assumptions and understands the business implications of decisions
Dependable team player who seeks to understand different perspectives
Someone who thinks "yes" before "no," exploring possibilities with an eye toward long-term impact
Comfortable multitasking in fast-paced environments with little room for error
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $65,450 - $72,000. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set. This role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation, please ask your recruiter for details.
