About the Role
As an Publishing Producer working on a rapidly growing label of projects at Atari, supporting the launch of a large number of small titles across PC and Console throughout the year. The job will consist of tracking key project milestones, working closely with license partners for approvals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects from start to finish and their backlogs, adhering to detailed production schedules, fast release submissions, and tight approval deadlines.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to acquire necessary assets and communicate project updates effectively
- Serve as a point of contact for all publishing related subjects while working closely with project leads of the development team.
- Collaborating across internal and external studios.
- Manage project timelines, roadmaps, and budgets for concurrent projects.
- Establish and maintain production workbacks, milestones, and approval processes.
- Ensure the quality of all projects and coordinate publishing services such as QA and localization.
- Coordinate IP collaborations and approvals with external IP owners.
- Coordinate with internal departments for assets, pricing, metadata, and key management/distribution, and manage external localization teams for store pages.
Must Haves
- 3 - 4 years in PC and console game production
- Shipped at least 2 titles on different platforms within the last three years
- Demonstrate ability to produce, manage, and drive projects across multiple departments
- Knowledge in 1st party submission platforms and forms
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong presentation, reporting, and organizational abilities
- Experience working on multiple projects at the same time
- Critical thinking and problem solving, brings solutions to the tables as well as identify incoming blockers.

- Familiarity with legacy games and platforms
- Familiarity working with task tracking systems like Asana
- Experience working as a release manager for PC and Console games
- Experience working in 1st party backend platforms such as NDP, Playstation Partners, Partner Center, and Steamworks.
- Experience with emulation technology
- Google suites
- Miro and creating visual workflows
- Knowledge in FTP Clients
- Comfort using AI tools to streamline production workflows such as reporting, documentation, and tracking
Target Salary: $100k - $115k
