- Ensure providers understand policies, procedures, and program requirements to promote collaboration and consistency across the network
- Conduct live and virtual training sessions and maintain and reference materials
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure educational content reflects current policies and operational updates
- Serve as a point of contact for internal provider education and support, addressing questions and facilitating resolution of operational issues
- Organize provider engagement events such as webinars
- Create and distribute provider newsletters and updates
- Support initiatives to improve provider satisfaction, retention, and alignment with network goals

Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated understanding of healthcare operations, program processes, and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual training platforms (e.g., Teams)
- Demonstrated skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and time management in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with accuracy and professionalism
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed work with a high degree of accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting provider networks within government-contracted healthcare programs
- Demonstrated familiarity with provider portals and healthcare data tools
- Proven ability to tailor education and communication strategies to diverse provider audiences
- Proven excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across diverse teams and organizational levels
- Demonstrated bilingual or multilingual capabilities
