We’re seeking a Technical Project Manager who specializes in PHP to help us lead a development team and who will be responsible for the quality of its technical deliverables.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive multiple simultaneous projects from start to finish and deliver value to our end customers
• Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
• Perform Scrum Master duties including but not limited to facilitating sprint planning, standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and release planning
• Provide cross-functional visibility into status, resourcing needs, granular requirements, dates and escalations for projects
• Ability to craft technical project documents, process maps, spreadsheets (GANT charts), based on stakeholder’s needs
• Work with team members to identify blockers and provide strategic recommendations to resolve issues in a timely manner
• Ensure resource availability and allocation based on Sprint capacity and Resource availability.
• Create and enforce cross-functional accountability across all business and technical groups & levels using soft and hard levers
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Experience using  variety of tools like JIRA, Confluence and Google Apps
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements: 

• 4+ years managing software development projects.
• 3+ years experience using Agile methodologies for managing projects and coaching teams
• Understand technical details and have the ability to articulate to technical and non-technical personnel
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Google Apps ( Asana and Monday.com are a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated. You have superior organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills. integrity and great follow-through on tasks. You don't get overwhelmed easily
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel or Google Docs, Sheet and Drive.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, A-CSM, or CSMP) or  certificate or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proactive problem solver with the ability to prioritize immediate needs.
• Operationally minded; comfortable working through ambiguity and bringing structure to complex problems and processes.
• Positive. You bring a positive attitude to the table and you know how to motivate your team to stay positive during challenging situations.
• A team player. You're willing to help out wherever needed.
• Availability. You are able and willing to work with team members from all over the world in different time zones.
• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
